Before you can call it MOKA RICA, the coffee beans go through eight different phases of processing : from the tasting of the samples of green coffee, roasted and tasted "in cup" to assess the specific qualities, to the roasting of the coffee beans, done separately for each kind of coffee, to make sure that the roasting is just perfect. Then the air cooling, which preserves the aroma and keeps it fragrant, the seasoning in big silos and finally the blending , to turn MOKA RICA into the coffee for coffee lovers.
